Most expensive property sold using Bamboo Auctions’ platform.

On Wednesday 25th of March, Bamboo Auctions broke yet more records on our platform with a property selling for £5.4 million.

With an original guide price of £800,000, this commercial plot boasting 14.56 acres of land, in Grays, Essex, skyrocketed to success showcasing the strength and the type of properties that can sell at online auctions.

The property was sold by Clive Emson Auctioneers, using Bamboo technology. The success of this auction was demonstrated by the staggering stats; with 113 bids placed by 6 different bidders.

At over 575% above the guide price, this sale is the most expensive lot sold using Bamboo’s technology.
