Auctions are a highly efficient way to buy and sell property. Despite this, just 2% of properties are sold using this method each year. We believe this figure should and could be much higher. This core belief drives everything we do and is why we established Bamboo Auctions.
Private treaty transactions can be slow and uncertain. Live room auctions can be inflexible, time consuming and intimidating. Registering to bid by proxy is bureaucratic. These imperfections prompted us to create a solution for auction houses that gives sellers more flexibility and control over when their property sells, and buyers more convenience, accessibility and transparency. In doing so, we are driving consumer awareness through technology and identifying new markets.
With the trusted expertise provided by reputable auction houses and the technology and innovation brought by Bamboo Auctions, we are working together to encourage new sellers to use auctions as a method of sale.
